「七賢」日本酒蔵訪問

山梨を代表する酒蔵「七賢」さんの蔵開きイベントに行ってきました。普段は入れない蔵の中でお酒を堪能出来るイベントです！

前売りチケットで参加すると2,500円で20種類の新酒が試せます！➕おつまみも豪華💓

Joined in a Sake event at Shichiken, a sake brewery in Yamanashi. It’s the event to taste their 20 kinds of sake and nibbles.

Of the 20, I loved two:‘Onakaya’ a Junmai daiginjo and the ‘Santo’, a sweet Nama sake.

個人的に好きだったのは、純米大吟醸「大中屋」口当たりとてもなめらかで綺麗な旨みが感じられました。甘口の「山濤」も酸味とのバランス良くちょっと貴腐ワインのような、どちらかというとドイツ系。

ほかにも沢山あり語り尽くせずですが、久しぶりに朝から飲んだくれ🎵楽しい休日になりました。来年も絶対行きたいイベント❣️地元の方が多く、あまり全国的には知られていないようでした、ご興味ありましたらオススメです！！

Onakaya is semi-dry with a mellow mouthfeel followed by an elegant umami.

Santo has a good balance between sweetness and acidity. I thought it’s like a high quality auslase from Germany.

It was a fun event!!
