ワインとおもてなし研修その４

昨年、ロンドンのディキャンターワインアワードでプラチナ賞を獲得された勝沼のルミエールワイナリーさんにて「ワインとおもてなしの英会話レッスン」を行いました。海外からのお客様へのワインの説明やセレクト、テイスティングをお手伝いする英会話レッスン（今は残念ながらテイスティングは停止しています）。

この日は最終日、皆さんの成長ぶりは目を見張る物があり、心から感動した最終回でした。今回は特別に、ネイティブスピーカーの協力を得て最終テストを行う事が出来ました！よりリアリティを持った体験から多くの質問もあり、とても有意義な時間でした。

今の日本ワインはとても美味しくて世界的に大注目ですが、ワイナリーのホスピタリティも同時進行しています！より多くの方に日本のワインとワイナリーを楽しんでいただけますよう心から願っています。

Held "Wine & Hospitality English lessons" at Lumiere Winery - who was awarded the platinum medal at the Decanter World Wine Awards last year, in Katsunuma, Japan. These lessons are designed to help them learn how to describe their wines and explain how to do tastings using their enomatic machine (Unfortunately, tastings are not available at the moment.)

At the last day of the lesson, I was so impressed and moved for the remarkable progress they made since the first lesson. This time, we were able to conduct the final speaking test with the help of English native speaker, teacher Matt-san. Thank you so much my dear friend!! It was a meaningful time with many questions and a realistic experience.

Thank you for the lovely present, a red wine of the Chateau Lumiere 2015, which is a great vintage of their flagship wine!

Now, Japanese wine is highly regarded as delicious and attracts a lot of attention worldwide, but the hospitality of the winery is growing at the same time. I sincerely hope that more and more people will enjoy Japanese wines and wineries.
