新潟県の日本酒を愉しむセミナー（Sake Trend, CA 主催）

かたふねは毎年ロンドンで行われるインターナショナルワインチャレンジで3回トロフィー賞を獲得されています、他にも国内海外の鑑評会で合わせて20個以上の賞を持つこだわりの酒蔵です。

6種類全て美味しかったのですが、特に好きだったのは青いラベルの純米原酒、火入れは一回です。しっかりしたアタックを持ちつつお米のまろやかさと丸みのある酸味が柔らかいイメージになり繊細さがありました。

Attended an online sake-tasting event held by Sake Trend, and the fabulous sakes were of the “Katafune” brand crafted by Takeda Shuzo Co., Ltd. 

The Tokubetsu Honjozo of Katafune has won the trophy (top award) three times at the International Wine Challenge, and other types have won many prestigious awards as well! 

I liked all six sakes, however, my favorite one was the Junmai Genshu with the blue label and pink letters💕This sake is made from only rice-related ingredients and undiluted and pasteurized only once. My first impression is pronounced fruit flavors, then the spreading mildness of rice flavors and rounded acidity, which is awesome!!
